What can the Enneagram do in an organisation?

Most conflicts and misunderstandings are not about ill will, but about misreading each other. The Enneagram gives your team a precise, shared language for why people do what they do.

Frequently asked questions

What can the Enneagram be used for in a company?
The Enneagram gives teams and leaders a shared language about collaboration, communication and leadership. It is used to understand why people act differently, and to adapt leadership and collaboration to what drives each individual.
Which companies use 360indicator?
360indicator is used by companies including Novo Nordisk, Coloplast, Telenor, Leo Pharma and several municipalities, for the development of employees, teams and leaders.
What is a team profile?
A team profile collects the Enneagram types of the team and shows the dynamics between them. It makes visible where the team is strong, where misunderstandings typically arise, and what it takes to get the best out of each other.
Can the Enneagram be used for leadership?
Yes. The Enneagram gives the leader insight into what drives each employee, so leadership, feedback and motivation can be adapted to the individual rather than being the same for everyone.
Is the test available in several languages for international teams?
Yes. 360indicator is available in Danish, English, Swedish and Norwegian, so Nordic and international teams can take the test in their own language.
How do we get started?
Contact us and tell us about your team and your goals. Then we find the right solution, whether that is profiles, a team day or a longer programme.
Can the Enneagram be used for recruitment?
Not if you are looking for a particular type. No Enneagram type is better suited to a job than another, and recruiting by type is neither professionally nor ethically sound. Recruiting on the psychological profile is a different matter entirely. 360indicator shows not only the type, but how the individual relates to the triads of the Enneagram, and therefore which competencies and talents that person has actually built up through life and career. A type 7 is rarely structured by nature, but a 7 who has worked as a chemist in the pharmaceutical industry has practised structure, thoroughness and reporting for years. That nuance does not exist in the type alone, it exists in the profile. Used this way, 360indicator is a considerably sharper instrument than MBTI, DISC and Garuda. We always recommend using the profile as a basis for dialogue in the interview, never as a filter.
What does 360indicator show beyond the Enneagram type?
360indicator does not simply give you a type number. The full profile shows how you relate to the triads of the Enneagram and where you draw your resources from. That is where it becomes personal: two people of the same type can have very different profiles, because they have developed different sides of themselves through education, work and life experience. The profile therefore describes both the underlying pattern of the type and the individual's actual competencies, strengths and development areas. It is the difference between being placed in a box and being described as who you are.
