Mia Vendt-Striim is a coach, author and managing director, responsible for the material and the method, and she also runs the feedback sessions on the 360indicator profiles and the individual coaching of employees and leaders, as well as team and group coaching. Both are certified Enneagram Practitioners, Masters and Trainers, and certified Enneagram Coaches, with more than 20 years of experience with the Enneagram in business.
